Writing assignment format: The writing is to be in 12 pt Times New Roman font, double-spaced with 1-inch margins. Citation Format: You are to use the footnote reference style. Parenthetical citation format is NOT acceptable. You are to use Chicago style citations. If you think it no longer works propose an amendment to the constitution and explains how this will resolve the problem. You must specify why and what constitutional change should be made. Warning: You cannot use the Bill of Rights, Amendments 1-10, except the fifth amendment just compensation clause, the ninth, or tenth amendments.
